We are releasing one-pager simple reference to the new Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) regulation No 13 of 2017 on Guidelines and Mechanism on License and Facility of Investment. This regulation governs all mechanism and technicalities for inbound foreign and domestic investment in Indonesia. The spirit is to increase the level of ease of doing business in Indonesia and deregulation.
